Is it wrong that this makes us happy? Surely we're not the only ones that find the thought of all those celebrities holed up in their hotels while it pisses down with rain funny…

Lily Allen looked less than impressed as she strolled along Cannes Croisette in the rain earlier today and as much as it pains us to say this Lily, the blonde hair and orange face don’t look so hot when the sun’s not shining! In fact they look horrendous..
