Breaking News: Amy Rushed To Hospital..

An ambulance followed by several police cars arrived to Amy Winehouse place and the singer that was having convulsions and multiple fittings was taken in a stretcher to the near by College and University Hospital. London, UK 28/07/2008

Here we go again... We're hearing reports that Amy Winehouse has been rushed to hospital after collapsing and convulsing at her North London home. A spokeswoman for London Ambulance Service confirmed....

"We were called at approximately 8.40pm to an address in NW1 to reports of an adult female taken unwell. We sent an ambulance and a fast response car and the patient has been taken to hospital."

i pray over this whole board all hate and negitive things needs to end lets all take a moment of silence in respects to amy lets all reach in our hearts and say a prayer to ourselves or outloud this is a good person who has made some mistakes but she is a really good woman and i know she wont die god please dont let amy die......

What do you mean not even her family worries about her? Who is with her now her dad. They have done all they possibly can for Amy and both are not in the best of health themselves. Amy is an addict and the only one who can help Amy is Amy and I only hope she realises this before it is to late.

She has nobody to blame but herself.. If she wanted to get better she would, she's obviously happy being drugged out of her mind.. I only feel for her poor Dad who just has to stand by and watch his daughter slowly kill herself.. RIP AMY!!

Amy...3rd time's always the charm mama...next time you may NOT be this lucky. I will be praying for Amy, Mitch, her mother Janis, and the countless other addicts in this world tonite. May they find all the help and love they need!

I am not in the least surprised. Amy is her own worst enemy. Her family care very much about her,but where addiction is concerned only the addict can help themselves. Unfortunately Amy is very frail emotionally and mixes in the wrong company and seeks chemically induced comfort to momentarily escape from her demons when she should be confronting them. It's only a matter of time before she dies unless she regains control of this downward self-induced spiral.

I think this look very serious! Probably/ for sure a overdose an not what they say it is. A reaction to medication, but a reaction to drugs. They all look very scared. Is the end coming for our Wino? :(

WHY hasn't the people around her or the law have her committed to a year long recovery and/or mental program. It's plain to see that she is not mentally able to take care of herself. It's a shame, that they're just watching her die, and covering up for her is not going to fix the problem. I know that her family loves her, but when enough, enough!!Looking on the outside it appears that money and fame has not only gotten to her, but her family and friends as well. "FOR GOD'S SAKE, GO TO THE COURTS HAND HAVE HER DECLARED UNABLE TO CARE FOR HERSELF AND PUT HER AWAY FOR HER OWN GOOD" I hate to say it, but she'll be "DEAD" by the end of the year, if she don't get help!!

mister pp, so what at least she is not driving around anymore at stupid times in the morning,addicted to sleeping tablets,diet pills, etc, etc. in case you have not noticed she is mother to two children so she is obv not a virgin, nothing wrong with a healthy sex life! all her craziness of hospital visits and being taken out in a stretcher is over she has come through the other side,nobody expected her to take a vow of chastity?!

She is a manic depressive which I believe to be the route of her impulsiveness. Look at how she changed from jazz singer to rocker overnight with the tattoos and such. She went from smoking pot and drinking to ODing on Exctasy, Ketamine, Vodka, Cocaine, and heroine, and is a chronic crack fiend and takes all sorts of other drugs. This isn't her, this is her bipolar disorder making her behave so carelessly. My father is bipolar so I know how it is when it goes untreated and the disorder peaks in mid 20's.
