Deon Stewardson was born to actor Joe Stewardson on the 11th of October 1951 in South Africa. His father was an established South African actor famous for his roles in All The Way to Paris (1965), Circles in a Forest (1990), and Target of an Assassin (1976). He had a brother named Matthew Stewardson who was a contestant in Idols South Africa. He also had two step-siblings.
