Dov Glickman was born Doval’e Glickman on December 22, 1949, in Tel Aviv, Israel. Being an only child to his parents, Dov Glickman’s father was Mohammad Bakri, and his mother was Ruth Dayan. Belonging to a Jewish family, his Russian forefathers moved to Israel in the 1920s.
