Hajra was selected by Pakistan national team in 2009 to play for the South Asian Games held in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2010. Due to her excellent performance in this event, Hajra was selected by Pakistan Football Federation for the FIFA football coaching course held in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
